Runs & Versions
Every ParamVersion produced by ingest/run-engine, with status, who created and approved it, and a field-level diff between any two versions. Status only ever moves forward — DRAFT → APPROVED → PUBLISHED — there is no rejected state to roll back to; declining to approve a draft just means it stays a draft.
